Pindesk - Mark writes

A desktop pin-board generator.

You have a corkboard, bulletin board, conspiracy wall, mood board, whatever?
This puts it on your desktop image.

Currently for MacOS only, but will soon (or do it yourself) add support for any
other desktop system. I won't take patches for Windows, don't even ask.

Usage

Modify pindesk.cfg to set basepic to the full path of your favorite
desktop picture,
basew & baseh to full screen size.
Other options can be changed as desired, defaults are good for dark mode on
a big monitor.
Create ~/Documents/Pindesk (or you can change pindir in cfg).
In Pindesk, create text files with extension .pin:

label = Some Optional Text
file = full path to image or text file
x=1
y=2
w=3
h=4
```
label is optional, and drawn above the item, in standard text color & size.

file may be the full path to an image in gif, jpg, jpeg, or png format;
or a text file in txt format. If you have no file, only a label will be
shown.

x, y are in grid numbers, defined by gridsize in cfg, the top left of
the item.

w, h are also in grid numbers, only needed for images.
Double-click on Pindesk.command.

Or in terminal, in the source directory, run ./Pindesk.py.

You will be prompted for several permissions, to access whatever
directories you listed. OK to all.
Answer yes to set the current desktop. This needs to blink to a default
desk, then to your new pindesk.
